The Role 🥳 The greatest engineers today aren't just writing code faster—they're spending more time solving problems and building products that couldn't have existed a year ago. Our team works at the frontier of AI-native development where curiosity, product thinking, rapid experimentation and judgement are embedded in our ways of working. As a Staff Engineer, you'll be one of our core product builders and cross-team technical leader. You’ll set the technical direction behind our most advanced AI capabilities: agents that can act with increasing autonomy on real work. You'll raise the bar for AI engineering and reliability across teams, and take on the hardest, highest-leverage problems in the company, being deployed onto whatever is most critical at the time. This is the most senior IC seat in the company and a chance to define what AI-native engineering means here - and beyond. You'll have access to the latest frontier models, rethink traditional software patterns and work closely with customer-facing teams to quickly turn ideas into shipped products.
