About the team The Direct Procurement team, part of the Operations organization, is responsible for sourcing and managing key supplier partners that directly impact product cost, quality, and delivery. We are committed to supply chain excellence that scales with Roku’s rapid growth and global reach. About the role We are seeking an experienced individual to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management for our hardware consumer electronics category. This role is pivotal in optimizing our supply chain operations by developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of electronic components and finished goods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal—to support new product development and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $185,000 - $230,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
