Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As a Senior Product Manager on the Demand Product team in our Tel Aviv office, you'll own a high-impact product area inside the group that powers how advertisers grow with Taboola. Our Demand group builds the data, measurement, and intelligence behind Realize — spanning attribution & incrementality measurement, user data, privacy, the data advantage behind our targeting, and applied AI. You'll take end-to-end ownership of one of these areas, set its vision, and drive it across R&D, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing. We hire for how you think — product judgment, an instinct for causality and data, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a roadmap — and match you to the area where you'll have the most impact. You'll have strong Data Science and measurement partners (including a Client Measurement Director) to help you go deep, fast. To thrive in this role, you'll need: Senior PM Craft: 5+ years in product management with a proven ability to own a domain end-to-end — vision, roadmap, stakeholder alignment across R&D, Sales, and Marketing, and measurable outcomes. This is the core of the role. Analytical & Causal Instinct: You reason rigorously about cause and effect, are comfortable in data-heavy problem spaces, and learn new domains fast. (Several of our areas — including attribution & incrementality — center on causal measurement; direct experience there is welcome but not a prerequisite.) Data Fluency & Technical Partnership: A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering; comfortable with technical trade-offs (e.g., precision vs. latency) and using AI tools to accelerate discovery and analysis. Non-negotiable. Stakeholder Communication: Ability to align cross-functional partners and translate complex, technical work into clear narratives and decisions. Bonus points if you have: Direct experience with attribution, incrementality, lift, MTA, or marketing-mix measurement Experience in ad-tech, performance marketing, user-data/identity, privacy, audience/targeting, or applied-AI products Experience presenting directly to enterprise a
dvertisers / C-level stakeholders; willingness to travel globally Background in measurement consulting or at an attribution/MMM vendor Experience building self-service SaaS tools that automate complex data workflows How you’ll make an impact: Own a Product Area End-to-End: Take a Demand product area, define its vision and roadmap, and drive it to measurable outcomes.
