As the Munich site lead, you will guide program planning and execution for major silicon and platform initiatives while serving as the key bridge between Germany‑based engineering efforts and Tenstorrent’s global priorities. You will help establish and grow Munich as a high‑impact innovation hub, shaping its technical direction, strengthening cross‑regional collaboration, and driving the execution needed to advance Tenstorrent’s next generation of compute technology. This role is remote, based in Munich, Germany. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Who You Are Experienced in end to end program management across hardware and software teams. Comfortable driving schedules, dependencies, and risk for complex silicon and system programs. Strong in technical communication with engineers, leaders, customers, and vendors. At ease leading cross functional teams through ambiguity to clear, measurable outcomes. What We Need Ownership of program planning and execution for key silicon and platform initiatives. Structure for tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and surfacing risks early. Coordination across engineering, operations, sites, and external partners to keep work aligned. C lear communication of status, tradeoffs, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders. A site lead who can build and grow the Munich engineering presence, coordinate with global leadership, and ensure alignment on technical priorities. A partner who can represent Tenstorrent in the local ecosystem in Germany, supporting collaborations, recruiting, and customer engagements as needed.
