Join us on our mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Public Sector Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as the strategic relationship manager for a portfolio of state, local government, education, and public-sector customers. You will partner with customer stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes while navigating the unique complexities of public-sector organizations, including multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and budget cycles. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders. Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, ROI, and long-term value. Build relationships with fund administrators, consultants, trustees, and labor leadership. Partner cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and drive successful outcomes. Identify retention risks, growth opportunities, and strategies to strengthen partnerships. 90 Day Plan Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following: Develop a strong understanding of Virta's products, services, and customer success strategy. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Learn the unique dynamics of labor organizations and multi-employer f
unds. Participate in customer meetings, trustee discussions, and business reviews. Begin independently managing your assigned portfolio. Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
