WHAT YOU’LL DO - Account Management (DTP): Manage DTP requirements for our largest enterprise customers with highly bespoke requirements, requiring in-depth knowledge of the customer and their needs. - Quality Management: Oversee account level DTP quality, ensure instructions are followed and that quality meets all requirements across all projects. - Collaboration: Work closely with customer reviewers, project managers, and typesetters to ensure final DTP deliverables meet all the requirements. - Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure the final output is free of errors, adheres to client guidelines, and meets industry standards. - Communication: Provide clear communication regarding design adjustments, limitations, and timelines with internal teams and clients. - Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to fonts, layout, image compatibility, and other design aspects that may arise due to language changes or technical constraints. - Formatting and Layout: Apply design an
