Responsibilities Design user-friendly experiences for web and mobile products Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions Translate business and user requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces Continuously improve and optimize user experience across projects Requirements 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar Ability to work effectively under pressure and drive design improvements Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in the crypto industry is preferred, especially in payments, finance, or card-related products Binance is a leading global bl ockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users.
