Role Overview We are seeking a senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead the compliance and financial crime function for our ADGM-licensed Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE) and Recognised Clearing House (RCH) entities. This combined role carries responsibility for both Compliance Officer and MLRO functions across market infrastructure entities, requiring deep expertise in exchange and clearing house regulation, market integrity, and financial crime obligations under the FSRA regime. This is a senior position, for an individual who can navigate the unique regulatory expectations of market infrastructure operators while building practical, scalable compliance frameworks.
