We're looking for a HR Operations Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. You'll be at the centre of the employee lifecycle, managing Workday transactions like onboarding, off-boarding, job changes, compliance verification, and supporting the development of business processes. You'll also be the first line of support for employees and managers navigating the system. This role is perfect for a collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages relationships across cross-functional teams. What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for ensuring completion and compliance of employment eligibility verification requirements for all countries, including Form I-9 verification for U.S. new hires, Process and manage high-volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave updates, and general record maintenance, while adhering to team SLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing, Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers using Workday self-service (hires, transfers, job changes, promotions, etc.) Run standard reports and support ad-hoc data requests. Co nduct data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity, Handles employee inquiries and issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues, Delivers exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner, Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross functional teams (i.e.
