Learn more at www.doubleverify.com. What you’ll do DV is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Programs & Operations team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll optimize our marketing tech stack, build scalable ABM programs, and create automated systems that directly influence pipeline quality and revenue growth. We’re looking for an innovative key player in the strategic evolution of our marketing technology stack who will own the day-to-day management and optimization of our marketing operations infrastructure. In this role, you'll work closely with your manager (Senior Manager, Programs & Operations) to ensure seamless data flow between systems, optimize the lead lifecycle, and enable our global marketing and commercial teams to work smarter. You'll be the technical expert and strategic partner who translates business needs into automated solutions, while maintaining data integrity across a complex, enterprise-grade tech stack. Responsibilities include: Build and maintain complex HubSpot workflows, automation rules, and lead routing logic Own the integration between HubSpot and other systems to ensure high-quality lead handoff to the commercial teams Oversee marketing technology stack configuration, including the implementation of forms, tracking scripts, and third-party tool integrations Execute technical components of ABM programs, including account-based list management and automated nurture infrastructure Maintain marketing database hygiene through regular cleanup, audience segmentation, and privacy-first compliance monitoring (GDPR, CCPA, etc.
