The Department: Marketing The Role: Associate, Growth Marketing (Advanced Trading Products) We're looking for a data-driven, crypto-native Growth Marketing Associate to sit at the intersection of product and growth marketing. You'll own go-to-market strategy for our most technically sophisticated product lines - advanced trading, perpetuals, and margin - while building and nurturing the developer and power-user communities that drive long-term adoption. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing a creative brief and diving into onchain analytics. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, and design. We’re looking for someone who moves fast, is a forward-thinking owner, and has a deep understanding of advanced trading products. Someone who’s plugged into the crypto industry, capable of managing multiple priorities, and cares about results. At its core, this role is what you make of it. It’s built for a high agency, mission driven operator who wants to take ownership, level up quickly, and win with a team that actually keeps score.
