Be a crucial member of the Ops team supporting Fresh Prints’ supply chain (Permanent WFH) Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel company, experiencing rapid growth year over year. You’ll join a team helping drive the growth of our business by building and scaling a reliable supplier ecosystem and ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain. We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major operational challenges. We work with suppliers and manufacturers across multiple categories and regions to support our custom garments business. You'll help source products, manage supplier relationships, and execute complex Made-To-Order and collaboration projects with the Sales team from start to finish. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and order processing for overseas apparel orders. That includes creating accurate purchase orders, negotiating pricing and timelines with vendors, and tracking each order through production to final delivery. You’ll need to build strong rapport with manufacturers, understand both their operational capabilities and our business requirements, and ensure orders are executed accurately and on time. When issues arise, you’ll be the first point of contact, partnering cross-functionally with Fresh Prints teams and suppliers to drive solutions. You’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel: create and release purchase orders (POs), coordinate with garment manufacturers/suppliers, and track production and delivery against schedule. Negotiate and confirm pricing, terms, and quality with vendors; ensure materials meet specifications. Act as primary liaison for printers: resolve order issues (e.g. delays, production issues) by collaborating with them and internal teams (design, fulfillment). Maintain procurement documentation and trackers (Excel/Sheets): update order statuses, manufacturer info, costs. Flag any delays or discrepancies immediately. Continuously improve processe
