The Salesforce Technical Manager is responsible for leading a team of Salesforce administrators and developers while overseeing the day-to-day operations, stability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role ensures reliable platform delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
