Position Summary The Operations Finance Manager is the finance manager embedded at Tactile Medical's manufacturing site, accountable for the financial integrity, cost performance, and operational insight of plant operations in a regulated medical device environment. Partnering closely with site, supply chain, operations, and R&D leaders, this role translates manufacturing activity into financial outcomes—owning product costing, inventory and working capital discipline, plant budgeting and forecasting, and the data and reporting foundation that informs executive decisions.
