About the Team The Virtual Preparatory Academy of Florida is a K–12 tuition-free online public school serving students statewide. At VPA Florida, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where every student has the opportunity to be understood and inspired through a customized learning path that includes live interactive sessions and personalized teacher support. We are currently seeking a Student Success Coach, who manages the delivery and implementation of onboarding, core interventions, and support services for assigned students in accordance with Student Services initiatives and guidelines. Serves as the primary contact for new students and families, communicating frequently and addressing questions or concerns to ensure a strong start to school. This role also provides oversight
