About the Role A-LIGN is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to support the administration, calculation, reporting, and execution of the company's sales compensation programs. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting monthly commission processing, auditing compensation data, resolving commission inquiries, maintaining compensation documentation, and assisting with compensation plan administration. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Salesforce teams to ensure commission calculations are accurate, timely, and aligned with established compensation plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
