How you will make an impact: We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for building agentic experiences and integrating AI-powered capabilities into the core Iterable application. This team owns the application-facing development that turns emerging AI capabilities into reliable, usable product features. In this role, you will guide a group of frontend, backend, and applied engineers working on conversational workflows, orchestration layers, and AI-enabled product surfaces. You will balance people leadership with strong technical judgment, helping the team deliver high-quality features while navigating ambiguity and evo lving requirements in a fast-moving product area. This role sits within the broader Nova initiative and plays a key part in shaping how intelligent experiences appear across the Iterable platform.
