Role Overview Braze's RFP Program provides sales and solutions teams with tools, resources, and support to respond to customer RFx requests efficiently and effectively. The EMEA-based Proposal Writer is a newly created role and will help further scale the RFP Program by contributing in two key areas: 1) regional program support, including content development and team enablement across EMEA markets; and 2) hands-on proposal management on a selection of strategic EMEA bids. What You'll Do Regional Program Support Content management and curation: Manage and curate EMEA-specific Q&A libraries and unstructured content sources within Braze’s AI-native RFP response platform, ensuring regional information is fresh, accurate, and tailored to local market needs. Localization: Adapt global program tools, templates, and processes to fit EMEA market nuances and regional procurement requirements. Enablement: Deliver regional training on RFP tools, processes, and best practices. Documentation: Maintain clear process documentation and playbooks for the EMEA region. Continuous Quality Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify and drive program improvement initiatives. Direct Support for Strategic Bids Proposal Management: Lead the end-to-end proposal process for a select of strategic EMEA bids (managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating reviews, and ensuring final submission quality).
