WHAT YOU'LL DO We are looking for a senior, highly technical Applications & Integrations Lead to own the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and support of our GTM, CX and platform technology ecosystem. Leading our newly formed Applications & Integrations team, you will merge team leadership with direct, hands-on expertise in Salesforce, application management, and integrations to establish the operational frameworks necessary for keeping our systems stable, secure, compliant, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate possesses experience in large-scale application administration, a clear understanding of compliance and governance structures, deep practical knowledge of middleware and integration platforms like Tray.io or Workato. You should be just as comfortable diving deep into technical configurations as you are collaborating strategically to shape new functional operations. Responsibilities: Governance & Administration – Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC standards and optimal opera tional health Integration Architecture & Delivery – Own the project lifecycle for all net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying system integrations using consistent, scalable patterns Data Integrity, Modeling & Sign-off – Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on proposed data models and data flows, ensuring alignment with DAGE, Salesforce Architecture and Delivery Automation & Middleware Ownership – Own administration of the Tray.
