We are currently seeking a ‘Maintenance Team Lead, Mechanical’ who will be a member of the Stamping Maintenance Team and will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in the company’s world class greenfield stamping plant. You will lead a highly qualified team in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems on stamping presses and stamping equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mentoring technicians to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. Excellent attendance is crucial for teams to achieve success. You must have the ability to work with various teams in a fast-paced stamping environment. They will also be required to work with EHS, operation, engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall process. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside. You will: Lead, motivate, and mentor the mechanical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker line, scrap conveyors, cranes and other related machinery parks. Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose mech anical system failures, and perform repairs on mechanical systems. Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of mechanical malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
