Who We Are The GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team provides TransPerfect’s customers and internal teams with excellent technical assistance on the GlobalLink suite of products. What You Will Be Doing Build advanced understanding of GlobalLink technologies Monitor and respond to user queries via the ticketing system Troubleshoot technical issues related to GlobalLink products Manage and generate licenses for some GlobalLink applications Work in collaboration with our development team and product owners reporting bugs and tracking issues in the ticketing platform Document issues internally for future reference using existing templates Post and maintain information related to GlobalLink, customer requirements, or support procedures on the Intranet Train and guide less experienced colleagues on GlobalLink and other applications Assist in creating training materials for new and existing software and procedures Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role an
