THE WORK: Ripple Treasury is redefining how businesses move, manage, and settle money across borders — and we’re looking for a Director of Global Transformation to help lead that charge internally. This senior individual-contributor and leadership role is part of our Program Management team. It requires broad collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role focuses on driving sophisticated, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy to execution. You will own end-to-end transformation programs that improve the way Ripple Treasury functions at scale — spanning process development, technology adoption, leading shifts within the organization, and performance measurement. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust with senior team members quickly, and can translate high-level strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Ripple Treasury, driving cross-functional alignment from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization. Partner with senior leaders from Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and GTM to define program scope, success metrics, and governance structures. Own sophisticated program roadmaps: build and maintain project plans, identify dependencies, proactively surface risks, and drive resolution. Champion organizational change management — develop communication strategies, training plans, and adoption frameworks that embed lasting change. Translate ambiguous strategic priorities into str uctured, executable work with clear ownership and accountability. Establish and maintain program health reporting and executive-level status updates; facilitate steering committees and cross-functional working sessions. Identify systemic inefficiencies in how Ripple Treasury operates and develop the argument, roadmap, and delivery plan to address them.
