About the team The Indirect Procurement team within Roku’s Operations organization is responsible for sourcing the goods and services that support the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing tools, people tools, workplace services, and other corporate spend. The team leads strategic sourcing and supplier management across these categories to deliver competitive cost, strong commercial terms, reliable service, and effective risk management. Indirect Procurement partners closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product, and other business teams to align sourcing decisions with company priorities, stakeholder requirements, and compliance standards. The team balances cost, service, speed, and risk in a fast-moving environment while helping the business scale efficiently. About the role Roku is seeking a Sr. Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across key indirect spend categories, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other corporate spend. This role owns category strategy, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract lifecycle support, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to reduce total cost, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial
judgment, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence in a fast-moving environment. This candidate should be senior enough to (1) have a vision for how the indirect procurement org should be structured, (2) have experience building tools and processes, and (3) have experience negotiating with companies in the tech space (particularly SaaS companies). For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually.
