Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week. What skills or experience do I need? 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated customer-facing project leadership Experienced in Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, or similar systems; architecting and implementation experience is a strong plus Experienced in system and device integration in the manufacturing industry Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives; ability to walk a shop floor and identify opportunities Strong project management, organization, and communication skills — written and verbal — with experience managing enterprise-level engagements 25% travel expecte d within North America BS in Engineering or similar field Key Responsibilities Partner with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, goals, and success criteria — supporting solution architecture for their specific processes Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions
