Role Overview The Senior Executive Officer (SEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the ADGM regulated entity. The role is accountable for the execution of the firm's strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness, while serving as the primary point of contact with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the regulated entity, ensuring the successful execution of its strategic, operational, and commercial objectives.
