Terms of Service

1. Scope

Welcome to JobQuip. These terms apply when you access or use job search, recruiting, promotion, payment, content, messaging, and admin services. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for protecting your account, password, verification codes, API keys, and other credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use, exposure, or a security risk.
  • Do not transfer, rent, sell, or use accounts under a false identity.

3. Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • Submit truthful, lawful, and reachable profile, resume, and job preference information.
  • Do not impersonate others, falsify experience, apply in abusive bulk, or harass employers.
  • Evaluate job authenticity, fit, interviews, offline communication, and employment contracts independently.
  • Do not bypass security controls, abuse automation, or collect nonpublic data.

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Publish truthful, lawful, and complete company and job information.
  • Do not post fake jobs, discriminatory criteria, scams, illegal content, or infringing content.
  • Use candidate data only for recruiting, and do not sell, leak, or use it for unrelated marketing.
  • Keep job status, salary, location, application links, and hiring process details current.

5. Job Sources and External Applications

The platform may show jobs from company career sites, ATS systems, public recruiting sources, or partners. We try to route application entry points directly to the employer or ATS page, but external content, availability, privacy practices, and hiring outcomes are controlled by the relevant third party.

6. Fees, Orders, and Commissions

Some features may be paid, including contact unlocks, promotion, membership, or premium tools. Displayed prices, currencies, settlement cycles, refund rules, and limits form part of the transaction. Third-party payments, blockchain transfers, or exchange rates may affect fees and arrival time.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You keep rights to your content, but grant JobQuip a non-exclusive license necessary to display, distribute, recommend, analyze, and improve the service. Do not upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, fraudulent, illegal, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or malicious content.
  • Attacking systems, bypassing permissions, mass-registering accounts, manipulating metrics, or disrupting the platform.
  • Scraping, copying, or reselling platform or candidate data without authorization.
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing, malware, or improper marketing.

9. Disclaimers and Limits

JobQuip is an information and tooling platform. We work to improve quality and safety, but we do not guarantee every job, company, candidate, or external link is always accurate, complete, or available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, network issues, force majeure, or user conduct.

10. Service Changes, Privacy, and Contact

We may modify, suspend, or end parts of the service for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. If a user violates these terms, we may limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate service, or preserve legal claims. Personal information is processed under the Privacy Policy.
