JobQuip respects the privacy of job seekers, employers, promoters, and visitors. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse jobs, create an account, post roles, apply, use admin tools, pay for services, or join promotion programs.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only when needed to provide the service, protect the platform, meet contractual duties, and improve the experience.
- Account data: name, email, phone number, avatar, login method, role, language preference, and account status.
- Job seeker data: resume, education, work history, skills, job preferences, saved jobs, applications, and messages.
- Employer data: company name, website, contacts, job postings, candidate communication, verification materials, and company page content.
- Transaction and promoter data: orders, payment status, contact-unlock records, referral links, commissions, withdrawal requests, and settlement details.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, operating system, visited pages, clicks, searches, logs, errors, and security events.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, enforce permissions, and run security checks.
- Display jobs, match roles, recommend candidates, process applications, and send recruiting or system messages.
- Provide resume management, saved jobs, messaging, salary insights, search, analytics, and admin tools.
- Process orders, commissions, withdrawals, invoices, support requests, and compliance records.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abusive scraping, account misuse, and security threats.
- Measure usage and improve performance, search quality, recommendations, and localization.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary for the service or allowed by law.
- When a job seeker applies, the relevant employer may view the resume and contact details tied to that application.
- We may share necessary data with providers for hosting, email, payments, storage, analytics, and security.
- We may disclose information when required by law, regulators, courts, or to protect users and the platform.
- If a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer occurs, the recipient must continue protecting information under this policy.
5. Third-Party Jobs and Apply Links
JobQuip may show jobs from company career sites, ATS systems, and public recruiting sources. We try to send apply buttons directly to the employer or ATS application page. Once you open an external page, that company or provider controls its own data practices.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the service. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling required cookies may break login, application, payment, or admin features.
7. Security
- Encrypted transmission, access controls, and audit logs for sensitive data.
- Role-based and least-privilege access for staff, systems, and providers.
- Periodic checks for abnormal access, vulnerabilities, abuse, and critical job status.
- Incident response and legally required notices if a security event affects users.
8. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for service purposes, contracts, legal obligations, disputes, audits, and security. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except records that must be retained by law.

- Access, correct, or complete your account and resume data.
- Delete your account or request deletion of data no longer needed.
- Withdraw certain permissions or adjust notification, marketing, and recommendation preferences.

- Object to automated recommendations, candidate matching, or processing outcomes.
