Job Overview: As the B2B Newsletter Manager (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for executing a strategic and data-driven approach to newsletter growth, audience engagement, and lead generation across our portfolio of technology brands. Reporting to the Audience Outreach Manager and working as part of the Audience Development department, you will partner closely with editorial, commercial, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing newsletters that deepen audience relationships while supporting commercial growth. This role blends strategic planning and direction with hands-on execution and implementation, ensuring that our B2B emails directly contribute to increased subscriber growth, stronger engagement and retention, and improved lead generation outcomes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our B2B newsletter portfolio, including promotion, production, testing, segmentation, and performance analysis, while identifying opportunities to improve existing products and launch new newsletters. Key Responsibilities: Newsletter Strategy Develop and execute data-informed newsletter strategies to grow subscriber audiences, deepen engagement, and support lead generation across multiple technology brands.
