Our mission is to transform the way vehicles are traded across Europe, and we're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help shape the technical foundation behind that journey. You'll join a passionate, cross-functional product squad where engineers, product managers, and designers collaborate to solve meaningful customer problems. As Tech Lead, you'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of the squad while remaining hands-on in development. You'll also help the team adopt AI-enabled engineering and product development practices responsibly, ensuring AI accelerates delivery while the team maintains ownership, quality, and accountability for the solutions it builds. We foster a developer-first culture where innovation isn't just encouraged—it's expected.
