What you'll do We're looking for a Working Capital & Cash Management Relationship Manager to accelerate the growth of the company’s portfolio through the prospecting, structuring, and closing of B2B deals. In this role, you will offer financial working capital solutions and transactional tools (Cash Management) that optimize our clients' cash flow cycles. Your primary responsibilities will include: Origination and Prospecting: Actively identify and acquire new medium and large enterprises that require financing for their daily operations or modernizations of their treasury setups. Credit Structuring: Design short-term credit proposals (revolving lines, simple loans, factoring) tailored to the client’s accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) needs. Cash Management Sales: Position key transactional solutions, such as payment dispersion platforms (for suppliers and payroll) and advanced collection and reconciliation systems.
