Quality Assurance Manager

ThermalWorks LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to serve as the technical quality authority across our factory operations, customer field sites, and internal quality control function. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of manufacturing, field service, and quality leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with mission-critical mechanical systems — particularly hydronic cooling, chiller platforms, and data center infrastructure — combined with the discipline and communication skills to document findings clearly and present them to leadership. This is not a desk role. The person in this seat will be in the factory, in the field, and in the meeting room. This role has a travel requirement of 50-65%.
