Employee Relations Specialist The Role: The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist supports INIZIO's processes, policies, and strategy across ER. You will act as a liaison between legal and business matters. In this role, you will act as a risk mitigation arm of HR, supporting ER policy creation. Additionally, you will drive consistency across case outcomes and provide a system-wide approach and guidance. You will partner with important stakeholders to enhance employee experience with system-wide ER practices and to define the ER scope of services. You will report to the Global Employee Relations Lead. This is a remote-working role (you are welcome to work from one of our office locations).
