We are looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling and has successfully driven the creation and execution of global and regional employer brand strategies to attract exceptional talent globally. Your mission is to translate On’s unique culture, spirit, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into engaging content and digital experiences that connect with and attract exceptional talent globally, supporting our organizational growth and performance.</p
