We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in? Why would you love this job? We are looking for a full-time Corporate Counsel to work for our growing Legal team. As our Corporate Counsel you will be responsible for a generalist portfolio of corporate matters such as entity management, US state filings, audit inquiries, corporate policies, insurance coverage oversight, commercial negotiation, corporate litigation and disputes, intellectual property work, and ensuring compliance with global and local laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Our ideal candidate is a strong individual who can demonstrate experience in a multinational setting, navigating various cultures, with particular focus on mitigating risk while helping a scaling company reach its objectives. You must have high integrity, good judgment, strong technical and business acumen, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced, complex environment. Comfort with legal tech and AI tools is required. If you provide business-oriented, practical legal advice at all levels of a fast paced, global organization, then this is the right challenge for you. What you'll do: Support corporate governance activities, resolutions, consents, minutes, and maintenance of corporate records across Redis's global subsidiary structure. Manage entity formation, qualification, and ongoing maintenance for domestic and international subsidiaries. Assist with securities law compliance, investor communications, and preparation for potential future public company obligations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, tax, people operations, and business leadership, to efficiently resolve corporate, compliance, and operational matters. As sist with M&A, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents (LOIs, NDAs, purchase agreements, ancillary closing documents), and post-closing integration. Assist in developing and maintaining corporate policies, delegation of authority frameworks, and internal governance processes to scale with Redis's growth.
