As an Advertiser Account Manager on the Enterprise Account Management Team based in our Tokyo office, you’ll work closely with Tier 1 brand & agency clients to create and manage campaigns that get great results. This person will be responsible for managing a large, dynamic book of business and developing strong relationships with our advertisers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about content, has strong client-facing experience, and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company. To thrive in this role you'll need: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a client facing sales or account management role Strong sales capability with professional communication skills Strong analytical skills – an interest in looking at data and analysing it to be able to improve results Excellent time management and prioritization skills (handled a minimum of 10 accounts) Outstanding communication skills – native level Japanese, can communicate in English Experience working with revenue KPIs Bonus points if you have: Knowledge and experience of working with native advertising platforms Experience in selling mid-funnel and upper funnel clients is advantageous Hands-on ad-operations experience – campaign set-up, monitoring, optimization and reporting for campaign success An understanding of the online publisher landscape within Japan Experience on product management on advertising platform How you'll make an impact: Day-to-day communication with agencies and clients for upselling activities Campaign launches – handling all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign...
