The Team: Upstart’s AI Experience Platform (AIXP) team is building the next generation of AI-native product experiences that transform how borrowers interact with their finances. Within this pillar, the team partners closely with Payments and Borrower Experience to design intuitive, trustworthy interactions across both traditional interfaces and emerging conversational surfaces. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will lead the design of AI-powered payment experiences that directly impact borrower financial health. You will bridge platform capabilities and real user needs, shaping how borrowers make, ma nage, and recover payments through both UI and conversational interfaces.
