Job Title: Web3 HR Business Partner (DEX BD/Operations)
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Delivery (Core KPI)
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the aforementioned positions: Mapping → Outreach → Interview Coordination → Offer Negotiation → Onboarding
- Establish and maintain a Web3 vertical talent pool, continuously nurturing passive candidate relationships
- Develop differentiated attraction strategies (Token package design, remote policy, project prospect packaging)
2. BD Resource Integration
- Bring your own Listing BD resources: Candidates must have direct contacts with mainstream exchange Listing teams to accelerate the project's token listing process
- Bring your own Contract/Protocol BD resources: Assist in connecting with key partners such as public chain foundations, cross-chain protocols, and liquidity providers
- Attend industry events (Token2049, Devcon, hackathons, etc.), and synchronize talent mapping with business outreach
3. Basic HRBP Functions (Lightweight)
- Collaborate with the team to build performance evaluation mechanisms
- Handle basic HR tasks such as compliance with onboarding, contract signing, etc.
- Maintain communication rhythm and cultural atmosphere within the remote team
Exigences
Mandatory Requirements:
- Over 2 years of recruitment experience in the Web3/Crypto industry, with successful delivery of key positions such as Contract Responsible Person, Listing BD, etc.
- Bring your own BD resource library: Have core contacts with exchange Listing teams, public chain BD, institutional investors, etc., and can prove that substantial cooperation has been facilitated through these resources
- Deep understanding of Web3 job profiles, able to understand technical stacks (Solidity/Rust/Move), and engage in professional dialogue with technical candidates
Competency Requirements:
- Headhunting-level Mapping capabilities and Cold outreach skills
- Fluent in English (essential for interviewing overseas candidates)
- Results-oriented, accepting recruitment data assessment (average monthly interviews, Offer acceptance rate, onboarding cycle)
Bonus Points:
- Crypto native, with holdings in your wallet, and actively engaged with CT (Crypto Twitter)
- Experience transitioning from an In-house recruiter to an HRBP
